Hello. I'm a retired grandma and have decided I'd like to have a few chickens. I am going to have to build my own coop (with the help of my not to handy with wood husband
and learn which chickens to get. I'm pretty excited about this site and have already found pictures/drawings of a coop that I actually think I can build!!! It's got to be sturdy because we live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and I'd hate to loose my "girls" to predators. So...I'm excited!!
