Yes and no. I am sure she does, but probably not great ones. And I have pictures from about a week ago of her set up in the house until the get the outdoor coop done. Which has the chickens. But not necessarily great pictures.Welcome to BYC!

There is nothing wrong with eating fertilized eggs. Try explaining to your daughter like this: They do not have chicks in them, they just have the potential to develop a chick.
The possibility is why she feels it is wrong. If there is a possibility then in her mind you should try to hatch them.
Maybe if I can get her to agree to candle the eggs she collects, that would work. But she is a super sensitive, all lives matter, even at the smallest tiniest hope kind of kid. And there is nothing wrong with that. But it will make having chickens, animals and farm stuffs hard for her. But this is what she truly wanted and she did the research and works hard for it. So I am just doing my best to support.
