Hello everyone. Hope to make some great friends. Grew up around tons of animals. Chickens included. But I was a preteen and teen, like I cared how my parents took care of everything Now have a teenager myself and have the area for my own chicks......well they say the past repeats! So, please forgive the stupid questions before hand. But would rather ask than kill them. Our family is vegetarian, so we are doing it for their eggs. But I just love the different personalities of all the chicks. Some are brave. Some aren't. Happy backyard farming to us all!

My husband and I have read everything before me got the chicks. But reading and DOING are two different things. So far so good. Over 2 weeks and eating and drinking, no deaths. Thank God! And the normal behavior (from the stuff we have read) haha.
