You may want to post on the "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread re: your pale chick. Do you notice any another symptoms about him?

Hi -- I am new here too! A new bird that acts or looks funny, could be sick. All the bantams that were with him might be better off separated + quarantined.
I've had Dutch since last year, first time having a sick bird. I did remove him from the others yesterday.

Yeah, didn't know where to start (new old guy) lost some neck feathers

I misunderstood, I thought the new bird was sick. A new bird could be fighting with your old bird? Adding a new bird is stressful on all of them and new one could be carrying a bug that is not making him sick, but that your old bird could catch.
