Hi, my name is Steve and I'm a chickenaholic. Lol. I'm very excited about raising my girls to be healthy and fun. I've currently got 7 birds. They started out as 3 different breeds but that changed quickly after they started putting on feathers. It turned out to be 5 breeds. They are all very unique. I just ordered my first coop. They have been in a make shift run coop for the last 6-8 weeks. I'm sure they will enjoy being able to be cooped up at night. Thanks for the sight and I look forward to participating and learning as much as I can.

Welcome to BYC, Steve! We are all chickenaholics here. I was trying to eyeball your breeds in your pic, but they are at a pretty good distance in the photo (my old eyes aren't as good as they used to be). Looks like I see two Easter Eggers, a Buff Orpington, a Rhode Island Red (maybe, not a good angle in the pic), a Crevecoeur, a Barred Rock (could be a Dominique, I can't see whether the comb is single or rose), and I'm not sure of the one in the lower left hand corner (another bad pic angle). You can let me know how I did. Good luck with your flock.

from Washington! In our flock we have great people and it is always great to have a new member:) In our flock, we have no pecking order!

By the way, not saying that you will do anything bad, but no fowl play
