Newbee need advice on incubation

. I have five very happy and healthy chicks so far, I'm really pleased 2 black and 3 yellow all chirping and all love a cuddle, as I want them to be very used to humans and I've introduced them to both my dogs (who have been very sweet with them) they are going to sharing a garden together so need them to get along. Just waiting for the rest to hurry up and hatch now

I have always removed turning plates/cradles on day 18, otherwise it interrupts the hatching process.
