Newbie, but lurking

Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking for a week. I don't have any chicks yet, have wanted them for several years. We bought 290 acres in Central West Virginia. I

it here. In March my DH are going to Meyer's Hatchery to get chicks. We hope to visit Amish country, spend the night and pick up chicks in the morn. It's just him & I and 2 dogs. I'm a nascar fan, love going to races!!!!!! I would like to hook-up with ppl in my area.
