Newbie chicken lady

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?:
Yes I am brand new to owning chickens. We purchased 15 chickens from rural king in March. I have Buff Orpingtons, Australorps and Ameraucana chickens. Today, I realized that 4 of my “hens” may be roosters so that is the main reason why I joined! I am excited to have this as a resource though in general!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 15

(3) What breeds do you have? See question 1!

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? Googled a question and this is always the first resource for help!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I love to hang out with my dogs and boyfriend- yes probably in that order , fish, and watch Netflix!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have 3 dogs- 1 mastiff lab mix-Buster. 1 Australian Shepherd lab mix- Bear. And a GSP- Gunner! I’m a dental hygienist and my boyfriend is a tech for spectrum!

WELCOME! I hope you have fun here, I have 6 chickens currently I had 10 but sadly a hawk or racoon or fox ate some of my babies. I had 1 mille Fleur d'uccled'uccle rooster(Eli), 1 white silkie hen (Sasha), 2 island brown hens(Lily and Sarah), 2 black sex link hens (Twighlight and Twinkle) , 1 EE (Easter Egger hen) (Bethy) 2 Wyandotte hens (jasmine and Gravy) , 1 buff orpington (Fat Tamie). The buff Orpington I'm about to try and hatch 6 more silkies because they're my favorite chicken besides Mille Fleur bantams

You have quite the flock! I’m really enjoying having them so far! Just discovered some surprise roos in my hens- so I’m sorting that out
