Welcome! How did the hen kill the first chick that hatched, do you know? Did she peck it or just squish it? If she squished it, she might be willing to accept the other babies if you slip them under her. Just observe her heavily for the first few hours. If she pecked it to death, you definitely did the right thing by pulling all those eggs! Either way, no harm in raising the babies yourself! Don't be hard on yourself if you lose any; that's a normal part of the hatching process. Along with ample anxiety! Just sit back and enjoy the cute babies. We are here if you need us!
