Hi everyone! I am a soon to be first time chick owner in northwestern Connecticut. We moved here in the fall, and are just starting our small farm. Chickens (25 assorted rainbow layers due to arrive Wednesday morning from Meyer) are our first barnyard endeavor, and we will be getting nigerian dwarf dairy goats in July and then a pair of alpacas in the fall. I am excited to have found these forums because I think everyone around me is getting tired of all the chick talk, lol!
