Bev here. I've been reading posts recently but now I need help. I have 5 banttys. Lost 1 2 had poop stuck last night. I did clean it as I read elsewhere it's called pasty butt. 1 this am is lethargic very light weightweak eyes closed but still peeping. Does not eat. It had purple around the vent bulging. Heat lamp has helped her stand. Plz what to do? Thanx!

Sorry I couldn't get on line to reply yesterday. Yes, they are on medicated chick starter. I did lose 1 chick. Lethargic laying on it's side, huddled next to the heat lamp. It felt like featherweight even though it had been eating/drinking. Another one is weak but seems active and eats/drinks. It seems like the runt. I have 4 out of 6 left. The are mille Fleur cochin banttys, 12 days old. I did find advice to put organic cider vinegar in their water, which I did. No more pasty butt. Thanks for your help. Any more advise?
