I have no idea where to begin, But my name is Chris and I am VERY interested in beginning raising chickens for meat and eggs. Funny how you stumble across places like this when you're least expecting it. I plan on doing alot of reading to learn on here on where to begin this whole process, the ins the outs and everything in between. My plan is to get proficient enough to fill my freezer with enough poultry to feed my family and enough eggs also. I am also wanting to have free range chickens to help with insects in the yard. I will be asking alot of questions, and as I have looked around a little already i see people from this little town. Thanks for haveing me and sharing your knowledge.
