Hi to all -
We don't have chickens yet, but have wanted them for several years. I am trying to learn as much as I can to build a coop, know the best breed for my area, and learn about how to best give them what they need. I want to incorporate a coop into my pole barn, and am having fun looking at all the different designs.
I live on a 2.25 acre parcel in northern Illinois with dh and my youngest daughter, 2 siamese cats, and two tennessee walking horses. I am a barefoot hoof trimmer - a lifelong dream of mine to help horses - and work part time in a law firm.
I am having fun looking over the site and learning a lot. Also, keeping myself awake with design possibilities!!
