Newbie from Kent, UK!

Hi everyone! We are brand new chicken keepers and have a lot to learn.

We got our first chickens three weeks ago. We have 3 chickens - a Bluebell, a Light Sussex and a Barred Rock. We are starting to see their personalities now as they are getting braver!

I am an artist and I live with my husband and our daughter who is 7. We have recently located to the seaside and the chickens are part of our new life. Our aim is to produce as much of our own food as we realistically can. It's a learning curve!

Anyway I am looking forward to getting stuck in. Thanks for having me
