I've been snooping around this website for 6 months or so now learning all I can possibly learn about raising chickens. Since I finally became a mother to 10 baby chicks in the past week, I figure I should make an account so I can post on here.

We bought 2 Barred Rocks, 1 Buff Orpingtons, 1 Black Sex Link, 2 Rhode Island Reds and then I was "gifted" 4 more Rhode Island Reds.


*We have since changed Chip's name to Chirp :) & the other 4 are unnamed but we were thinking Shake & Bake and PB & J since they are the same breed as Chirp & Dale.
