Newbie from Mass

Hi everyone,

Just popping in to introduce myself. Can't believe how busy this forum is- I am very excited to start using it! Anyway, I am new to chickens as of last spring and even with a couple recent losses, I am still loving this whole chicken-keeper thing. I had wanted to do it for years but couldn't get up the nerve. So glad I did! Right now we have 10-plus I just ordered 9 more for the spring.

. My four kids of course adore the chickens and have already started thinking up names for the second batch. I am also debating getting ducks. I can see this getting just a bit addicting!
