I am an aspiring zymologist and fermentor. I make beer, wine, kombucha, yogurt, etc.

Ever heard of fermenting grains for your chickens? I do it in a quart jar every other day or so. If you want more info, let me know. :)

Your hobbies sound just as interesting as your day job! I expect you will have a lot of fun figuring out the best way to raise your own egg factory to suit your desires. It's an entertaining enterprise. Keep us posted on all your experiments and inventions to help make the back yard chicken world better, that I suspect are in the near future!
