i've missed home-grown eggs too long.
just moving to new (100-yr old) farmhouse with a couple of acres and looking forward to getting into chickens.
there is an old chicken house on the place, don't know if it's viable yet.

this site caught my eye as a great resource.
have eyed the 'coop' ideas and they are great.
may be a while yet before i start up the chickens.
working on an implement shed right now, and stabilizing some driveways.
then, the well will have to be addressed, something not right there.
