Newbie from Nc

I have 12 buffs I bought last weekend all but one is good and one seems to sleep alot and is not growing like the others just wondering if something is wrong or is this the runt of the litter

Chicks usually all grow at different rates, this one might just be a little slow. The smaller ones sometimes catch up later on, happened with us, this little gal suddenly grew into a massive, fat hen.
