Newbie from New Brunswick :)

Hey all! After checking the internet for info on a chicken with a broken toe I found this site and quickly realized how helpful it would be. I've had chickens for about a year now, started with a dozen chicks but after hearing about half a dozen older chickens needing homes, I now have seventeen, all Sex Links(at least that's what I'm told), would really like to add a couple of silkies to the flock though. Nothing better than sitting on the deck while watching "chick TV" as we've come to call it. Looking forward to reading the posts and learning whatever I can.

And it only gets worse. I've actually put a Spook-chair in the coop,
so I can see better. But in New Brunswick...I would have to bundle
up quite snuggly. Cold coop in the winter?
