Hello! My name is Tara and we live in the Catskills. I am a brand new chicken owner. We decided that we wanted to raise heritage chickens. Currently we have some barred rock and Croad Langshan chicken with some Partridge Chanteclers on the way.

Personally I keep ducks, but I think barred rocks are awesome! I want to keep chickens myself some day.
