Hello, fellow Canadian! Thanks for the link! Yes! Wow, honestly the chickens have been therapeutic We got lucky with the Brahmas!from a few provinces over! Shocking how amazing chickens are once you're past the "they're just chickens" stage isn't it? Wish I could get my hands on a few brahmas!

Hi Ted! We haven't had a winter with the guineas yet but from my research they are pretty hardy in winter it's just their feet you need to watch. They don't really care for snow so as long as their coop is dry they fair well and on more mild days you can let them out to get some exerciseHaulinOats, how do the Guineas fare in the cold of Nova Scotia? And before I forget, welcome home to BYC!
