Hey everyone! This is Bilal from Pakistan. I have taken the first step in raising my own backyard chickens. It all started when I decided to get some pets for my cute little niece. Chickens were the first to come to my mind as kids love them and they are also very beneficial.
I bought 8 chicks, 4 of light brahma bantam and 4 of white cochin LF, from a local. Chicks were aged approx 2 weeks. Raised them inside the house in a brooder till they were 5 weeks old at which i moved them to their new home outside. Some photos that you might like.

Chicks at 4 weeks, took them out in the lawn to provide them some good sunlight.
