Newbie hatching cayuga duck eggs

That's what I mean....I think I maybe over thinking it 🤔 I heard them tapping on day 27 but heard nothing since I don't want to keep opening the incubator as don't want to cause shrink wrapping the last time I checked on them I opened the incubator while having a hot steamy shower there's a big air sac but no beak ill maybe check again tomorrow morning? Would that be a good idea
