Then wait another 18 ish hours
The first 24 hours from this first crack is like an internal pip

I've turned him so the pip is facing me he's moving loads and can here him inside

Is that first egg that is zipping
Is it zipping towards the end of the egg instead of around the egg ?
I had this happen once and had to help. Baby had a foot over the head and couldn’t turn to zip around
I ended up having to zip around for him then pop the end off and let him push out

Yes he's zipping more around the side of the egg I can see the bill popping out and he's pushing on the side and almost making it bigger that way
