Newbie Hatching Question

Hi,

I am in the middle of mt 1st hatch. I have 24 eggs set and today is day 21. 9 or 10 have already hatched. However the first egg that piped and started to zipper last night around 8 PM has not hatched. It zippered about 1 inch and stopped. I know I have to be patient, boy that is hard, but is there any chance this one will survive.

I don't plan on opening the incubator just want to know what to expect.

Sounds normal. Many just pop out an some take forever...

I'm a bad boy...if it has not hatched 24 hours after pipping, I help it. I had one die because I didn't intervene...my wife hasn't forgiven me yet!
