What breed is that? They are very cute.

They are called Ross. I believe they are cornishX , meat chickens that mature in 8-9 wks.

Likely the Ross 708 strain where did you get the eggs?

yes, they were Ross 708. We already harvested them at 6 weeks and ate half of them. Best rotisserie chicken I've ever had. Now I'm trying to hatch some barnyard chickens. Have 11 or 12 viables. Lockdown is tomorrow. Then I'm going to try to hatch some courtinix quail. I've got the hatching disease bad! Take a look at my homemade quail brooder.

Hatching is VERY addictive!!

Sounds like you are doing well with your chickens. You should be with barnyard chickens and quail as well.

Newbie here again . . . I'm on day 21 of my 10 barnyard mix eggs. No movement, no pippin, no nothing. I don't want to be known as a chick executioner. but I'll just wait. My last ones took 23 days.
