Hello:

My name is Dave and 10 years ago I returned to my native Hudson River Valley in New York State and started some light part-time farming. Now I'm able to live here full-time and I've decided to raise chickens. I purchased three red sex-link pullets who are getting ready to lay, and I got a beautiful half Crevecoeur/half Russian Orloff rooster as a gift from a neighbor. And in my basement I've got two RI Reds, two Barred Rocks and two Americana chicks who will soon join the flock. I'm really enjoying them and look forward to lots of eggs!
