Newbie in Central Minnesota

Hi everyone! I am new to chickens but have wanted to give this a go for quite some time now. We received our chicks about 2 weeks ago and things are going great. For now they are living in the garage while we finish up the coop. I'll feel much better once that is complete! I have learned so much from this forum already. Thank you for all your wisdom and experience!!!

Sounds like you are going through what we did- chickens in the garage while trying to get the coop finished on the weekends that it wasn't raining. Good news is, once the coop is done, keeping chickens is relatively easy and very rewarding. Yummy eggs too!
