For solar, first find the wattage of each of the appliances from their specification sheets and add them up. The panel may only specify peak wattage with full sun. You need an average wattage over 24 hours. There are tables and formulas on line that will help with that. Besides the panel you need a controller and storage batteries. The engineering and design is no less complicated for a chicken coop than a house. Residential solar companies will do the design for you if they get to sell you the equipment and installation.
You can get all the shade you want with a ten dollar plastic tarp.
I'd just get a 50 foot drop cord and be done with it. Anyway, within a year you will have changed your mind about what is and what isn't neccessary.
