Newbie meat Rabbit breed selection?

I went with the American Chinchilla, it's the only species that is listed as critical and is a great multi purpose breed 9-12 lbs and beautiful fur. In Las Vegas, expecting a litter in a couple weeks, should have a few available for sale feb. or march, have their pedigrees available, 1 doe unrelated and the buck and other doe only share the same sire

I tried the Flemish Giant as well, and wouldn't hesitate to do again, unfortunately ours had an accident and didn't make it.
