Newbie....Needs Advice on Brooding & Hatching

I am days from hatching. Had 11 eggs that my Barred Rock went Broody on. My Buff Orp would sit on them for her when she got up to eat & drink but would always let her back on. Until 2 days ago. The Orp has taken over the nest. This would be ok I guess but she's broken 3 eggs now, 2 with chicks & kicked 2 out of the nest this morning. They didn't break so when I found them I put them back under her. So, is she just clumsy or a bad mom? And what about my Barred Rock? She's heartbroken & wants back in that nest. Also, should I separate them from rest of flock or let them be?

If you have the means to separate them, I would do so. I'd also give some of the eggs to each hen.

That's good advice. I never even thought about giving my Barred Rock some of her eggs back. Thank you.

If they occupy the same space, they'll steal eggs from each other.

I'm also concerned because its going to be 107 degrees here today. Is this dangerous for them? Any advice?

Yes, 107 can kill early embryos.
