They look the same, but they have different combs. We can't tell for sure from the pictures because they're a bit far away and she's young. A Barred Rock has a straight comb (single line, serrated). A Dominique has a rose comb (starts out as just a flat bump, but later develops into an oblong bumpy mass). Think of it as a difference between a thin roman nose and a big fat bulbous nose.

also the barring pattern is different as well. barred rocks have an even barring while the doms have that cuckoo barring
