newbie on quail! what to do what to do LOL

I'll go out and measure a GQF chick waterer in a little while, its so narrow chicks just cant get into it.

I'm thinking on it, I hate it when someone loses so many, poor Sarabeth <hugs>

Yep the GQF one is 1/2" wide I didnt measure depth but half inch is bout right there too...

I don't understand, I never lost any chicks to water from one of these... <scratching head>

Sorry it took so long to get back, Had an A&M roo causing a rukus. put him in solitary.

(the guards are gonna shake him down for contraband after midnight)

I put it up on a block about an inch up off the floor and added more rocks. I didn't out a while lot of water in it. I am thinking maybe if there is not much water maybe they won't drown
