Last week some dogs ate most of my flock. The dogs came inside my barn for the kill. I have 8 teenage hens still alive (23 were lost).

They are still spooked from the massacre. I've given them all access to the baby brooder since the attack (warm, safe, secure) and spoiled them rotten with treats and baby talk but now they won't stay outside for long and will no longer will come to my whistles. Anything else I can do to get their confidence back?

It is just going to take time. Just keep on loving them the way you do. They will come back around.

dogs killed 1/2 my flock, i thought 6 were gone, one showed up , buff orphington, she stayed hid for a while i kept nurturing her, she finally came around, and went back to the flock, i thought i was going to loose her, She would hide her head behind a bale of hay, but i kept making sure she had food and water she finally came out of the coop and is free ranging again.
Dog s owners and i had a discussion about keeping up their dogs. Have explained to them I will protect my flock,

My sympathies to you and the flock. I am so sorry that this happened. Harley's Girl is right, time and patience, and making sure no dogs can ever get in again.
