Newbie Question - Trio of Light Brahmas - All three are different sizes

Hi, my girls are now 10 weeks old. I purchased them from a hatchery and asked for hens and am fairly certain they are all hens. The odd thing is they are basically small, medium and large in size. Is this normal? I know that brahmas mature slowly, but is it odd to have three of varying sizes? Also, I am noticing a lot of large feathers, well, say, 6-12 over the course of a week in the pen area, but have been doing a lot of observing and can't say that anyone in particular is being pecked/picked on. Is it normal for them to drop some feathers?

The feather thing is probably just molting. There gettin rid of old clothes and growing into new ones.
