Newbie Temp Question

Where is the best area in the bator to put the thermometer? I have a GQF 1202, I just got it and am setting it up to use for the first time. It has three turning trays and a hatch tray at the bottom. I have two digital therms with probes so the display can be seen outside. I am assuming they should be placed egg level but just wanted to make sure.

thats what i would suggest to show temp at eggs

Definitely want them egg level, doesn't matter where in the incubator as long has it's egg level. This will give you an accurate reading as to where the eggs stand and that's what you want..
