Hello fellow chicken people! I've been scanning this forum for a while when I had chicken questions and now I'm "IN". Yea!
I live in southern Michigan and have 3 Red Stars I raised from TSC as day olds. I also got a few banties. I inherited 2 hens of unknown breed from a friend who did the incubation thing for his 1st grade class. One was mauled by my dogs because she few over the fence. (I try real hard to trim their wings if they are small like banties but this hen was kinda in-between...I didn't know she could fly.)
So that's it about my chickies.
I also have 3 kids and 3 dogs, a great husband and 7 dairy goats.
