I was cleaning out my coop and spraying my hens with poultry protector due to mites. My eldest hen didn't want me near her to spray her and i grabbed her by the legs and sprayed her and now she won't put one leg down and walk. I've quarantined her from the rest of the hens with her separate food and water. She's let me hold her since and doesn't seem to squawk when I touch the leg she won't use. Any suggestions to help her heal faster. Thank in advanced and happy to be part of this awesome site!

Greetings from Kansas and :welcome! Pleased you joined us but sorry it's under these circumstances. :(. Hopefully it's just a sprain and not a dislocation. If she doesn't improve you need to give her a closer examination despite her protests. Any medical advice needed can likely be provided by some one in the medical forum here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures
If you do end up posting there be as detailed as possible regarding her injury in order to get the best advice. I wish you and your hen well and fingers are crossed! :fl
