Newbie with her first two eggs!

Ok- call me super crazy. But we had a chicken with a broken leg in our barn for a month. She is now healed and we turned back out with the others. Our barn lights are on timers(we have show horses). I only have been finding one egg a day except for the first day I found two. One earlier-one later in day. By any chance could this hen have provided me the two eggs.. It would make sense why I'm getting only one egg a day and why the one egg was thin that I found the first day? Am I crazy?? The coop is not under lights just FYI.
