Hi glad to be in group. Hope I learn a lot.Have two hens for couple years now and decided that wasn't enough so I purchased 7 Austrolup.Not knowing if male or female.i think I'm going to be introuble.

Congratulations on the new additions to your flock. Did you get chicks ?

Yes I did, but aged 7 weeks I believe.the combs tell right? It's been so rainy here in Indiana I haven't had a chance to really get to get them out of coop to look.

My chickens just got saved all's well. The field tiles quit. The coop and run is tore to pieces appreciate my son saving all 9. Water was up above shin..Im in Anderson Indiana.Watet is pouring in basement but who cares my girls are warm and safe.

Oh wow I am glad you got to them in time. Coops can be rebuild and runs repaired. The most important is the chicks and your safety. Don't go into standing water in the basement with out turning off all electricity.
