My wife and I decided to take a couple chicks from our neighbors as their little girls had gotten them for Easter and the new kinda wore off. Well 2 years later and two coops later we have 9 girls. 1 Buff and Bared Rock, 1 Easter egger, 1 Dominicker, 3 Lavender Ameraucana pullets and two Blue Asian pullets. We have learned much in a short time but the more we learn the more we understand we don't know. Our chickens are pets and a hobby. We will need help as we go to become better keepers but, you got to start somewhere right?
