hello everyone!
I’m a new chicken owner, a project my about to be 6yr old twin daughters and I are taking on together. We already have 3 large dogs and some fish so we figured chickens would be fun too!
We have 4 chicks, about 5-6 weeks old. We got them when they were a couple days to a week old. 2 bantam red frizzle Cochins named Ella (smooth but very fluffy) and Hay Hay (the curly girl), and 2 Easter Eggers named Amelia (partridge coloring) and Nala (white and black). So far they are proving to be very entertaining and all have very different personalities. We just have our fingers crossed they all turn out to be pullets since we can’t have roosters and we are definitely attached already.
