Hello,
New to chicken world, but my wife and I are ready to dive in (the deep end)! We have several different chicks including Easter Eggers, Salmon Favorrolles, Black Majesty Marons, Starlight Green Eggers and Bluebell Eggers. We are building 2 coops and runs for each coop. I think we’re going to enjoy raising the hens and our new hobby! I’m sure we’ll have many questions. Thanks,
Spike

Hi,

We are gonna keep the Salmon Faverolles separate from the others. They were getting picked on by the other chicks and we read they are so docile that many of the other breeds will do that. We only have 6 of them so they will be in a smaller coop/run. The larger coop will house the others. As we have lost a couple chicks right after shipping, we’re not sure exactly how many will be in each coop.

Thanks for joining and best wishes with both your flocks!

I keep my Salmon Faverolles with the rest of the flock but mine is a different situation!
