Welcome to BYC! They look fine health wise but it's looks over crowded. What are you going for here eggs meat or both? Did you do their beaks?

They look crowded.
Do they have access to a run or someplace outside?
Did you have them debeaked or did you adopt these birds as adults?

I'm going for eggs from the Red stars and the Plymouth Rock will be parents for black sex link.. I will buy Production red male for the rocks to hatch my black sex links, I made kerosene incubator... it takes 120 eggs. Yes, I did the beaks first 8 days... I was supposed to repeat on their 12th weeks but it looks ok to me... Should I repeat? . They said 100 birds for 200 square feet I have 117 birds in 220 square feet so I guess it overcrowded.. should I extend my coop or they will be fine? many thanks for your advice.

The only reason why someone would debeak a bird is because they knew they would be kept in inadequate space and the resulting stress would cause them to peck each other.
Birds should be kept in a coop with 4 sq feet of space per bird and have access to a run that provides a minimum of 10 sq feet per bird.
It sounds like you are working off of commercial practices which really is not in the best interest of the bird but in the best interest of profit at the expense of the bird without actually killing it.

I have 117 beds in 220 square feet house...no access to a run . I had them debeaked when they were 8 days.. didn't go all that well, it was my first time debeaking. Should I build a run for them??.. raising the reds for eggs and the Plymouth Rock for production.. thanks for replying

Yes, a very large run. If you have 117 birds, the run will be rather huge. A minimum of 1,170 square feet. Larger is far better as you are going to have sanitation issues with just 10 sq feet per bird.
You also have the problem of them already being overcrowded in the coop.
Chickens given the proper environment with enough space should NEVER be debeaked.
Why do you have so many birds? You either need to double your coop space or sell half of the birds.
And if you have a flock of PBRs to create BLSs it sounds like you are planning on even more birds. You need a lot more space if that is your intention.
