Consider starting a new thread in the Coop and Run Forum and post pictures of your coop, inside and out. You now now that the comb and wattles of your rooster have some frostbite. You need to make sure your coop is very dry. With just two postcard sized windows, I would think you need a lot more ventilation to ensure you minimize frostbite.
