Hi! I am brand new to this group. I live in the NE and have Silkies. We hatched them last spring… one is a rooster. Love my flock and learning as I go. I’ll start with a question… how do I keep the waterer from filling up with dirt? Any tips?

There isn't really any way to keep the dirt out of the water. It gets on their beaks and when they drink it gets in the water. You will find a lot of good information here Good luck and have fun...
