Hi, I am Evelyn. I started my backyard flock after our dear golden retriever passed in 2018 and I didn’t think I could go through losing a dog again so I started my backyard flock. I just love my flock and had no idea how entertaining they could be! I cried when I lost my first girl and have become very attached to each quirky one of them! I am hoping to gain some more knowledge from this group to help me keep my flock happy and healthy. Oh, by the way, I now have four dogs as well .

I am sorry for the loss of your dog friend. We've lost several of our fur babies & fur grandchildren to old age in recent years. A backyard flock can be a wonderful distraction.
