(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Hi I'm Sar. Not new to chickens, used to keep Rhode Island's about 15/20 years ago with my parents but just recently got 6 black rocks and hatched a silkie. Got three silkie eggs in the incubator at present
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Searching on google, went to a couple of other forums but they appear much quieter than BYC
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Well, I work hard and my home time is spent with my son who is nearly 14, my partner has his own business so works long hours. I have six cats, 3 hamsters, 5 giant african land snails and two tanks of tropical fish!! They keep me busy along with the hens who follow me around the garden!
