Hey all,

I'm a newbie living in Central Maine. I'm just taking the steps to start my own little chicken flock! My family has been interested in raising chickens for years, but wanted to make sure we were ready for the undertaking. So, with my son turning 3 this year and not needing such extreme supervision as required when he was younger around the yard, I think we may be ready to start up!

I look forward to lots of advice!
